Vennify Inc created the Kaku app which is available for IOS and Android and also created the website Kaku.ca. This Privacy Policy is applies to all information collected from the websites, mobile apps, sales, marketing and events created or performed by Vennify Inc. For simplicity, we will refer to all of these as our "services." If you choose to use our services, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy.
Information Collection and Use:
For a better experience, while using our services, we may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to your first name, last name, email address, educational information, location and gender. Data submitted into educational groups chats is considered to be public information, as we do not regulate who joins these groups. Other public information includes but is not limited to your posts, likes, comments, followers, following, name, educational information and biography.
We automatically collect data that is generated by your activity. Such as, usage data, device information, location, and the length of time you use the service.
We may collect information about you from other sources. For example, if we receive a list of members of a particular group. Then, we may combine this information with your existing information.

In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers. Sale or Acquisition of Business Units
