ALL PLANS INCLUDE UNLIMITED MOVIE AND VIDEO GAME RENTALS. During your 14 day Free Trial, you will receive the same number of movies as your membership plan. Therefore, if you chose the 3 DVD unlimited plan, you will receive a continuous flow of 3 DVDs during this time. Please note that only new members are entitled to the free trial, and only one member per household.

Once you’ve signed up, you should start adding titles to your rental queue (Try to have at least 20 titles). This will ensure that you get your movies shipped faster. Upon registration, it will take 24-48 hours for the first shipment to be sent out. We will send your movies in the order that you placed them in your queue and based on availability.

Shipping is free for you both ways. When you are finished watching your movies and/or video games, simply place the DVD in the pre-paid return envelope that was provided in the envelope we sent you.

Enjoy the movies and video games for as long as you like. There are NO LATES FEES OR DUE DATES!!!

Should you chose to cancel during your free trial period, you will not be charged, as long as you cancel during your trial period, and you return all DVDs and/or video games within 7 days of cancellation. Once a member, you can also cancel anytime. There is no contract, and there are no extra or hidden fees!

UNLIMITED PLANS : Unlimited plans entitle you to a continuous flow of movies and/or video games at all times. The 3 DVD @ a time unlimited plan means that you will always have 3 rental items. You do not have to return all items before receiving new ones. If you chose only to return one of the three movies, then we will send you back one more so that the total adds up to 3. Concerned about the time delay in the mail? With our REFILL feature, as soon as you put movies in the mailbox, we will send you a movie even before we receive the returned ones. This way, it minimizes the time it gets to you and maximizes your time to enjoy them!
